Sal came from Sicily to the United States in 1980 and brought his love of cooking. From the sauce to the dough, all of our delicious dishes are made from scratch and are served fresh.

"About 2 years ago, we were having a Steeler party and had several people at our home for the football game. All of our food was gone by halftime and my husband and I were terrified that we would be seen as bad hosts! We decided to order a few pizzas. I had not known that Papa Sal's did pizza. I knew they were an Italian restaurant, had never been there, and never thought of them having great pizza. My husband and I were blown away by how fantastic the pizza was! Thick and fresh and loaded with delicious toppings. As a result of the pizza, we decided to go for dinner one night. That was 2 years ago, and we now eat at Papa Sal's at least once a week, and we only order pizza from Sal. The man makes a serious pizza! We highly recommend Papa Sal's!"

"I live in Monroeville but work in Indiana, PA. I pass Papa Sal's twice every day. After seeing the parking lot full all of the time, I decided to stop on my way home one night to eat because I knew my wife was going to be at the mall with the kids. I was hooked!
The food was truly delicious! I took the leftovers home, and my wife and kids found them when they got home. As a result, several times a month, I call ahead and place a dinner order to take home. We heat it at home and we are very happy! If you've not tried Papa Sal's...please take my advice. I have never had a bad meal. It really is tasty and fresh!"
